Sales Professional
We’re looking for a driven, energetic individual with an outgoing personality to join our team as a Sales Professional. To be a sales representative at our dealerships, you will be subject to a pre-employment background check and drug screening upon offer of employment and at least 3 years water treatment sales experience is a must.
You will work with Bridger Water Works, an exclusive independent Kinetico water systems dealer, a true leader in Water Softening and Water Purification/Filtration systems. Thus, you will be selling the best drinking water, water treatment, and purification systems in the industry, behind a name known worldwide, KINETICO. We want the best and we pay accordingly. Potential income could be $150k or more and the opportunity to grow with our company’s growth and expansion.
In this role, you will represent Bridger Water Works, a certified, independent, Authorized KINETICO Dealer to professionally sell and promote Kinetico and other water treatment products in a residential and commercial capacity. You will be working with customers to find the best water treatment solutions and services that will provide the quality of water that all our clients expect and deserve in their homes and/or business.
Bridger Water Works provides industry-leading water treatment systems backed by 10 year warranties. Some examples of our clients include but are not limited to; tiny homes to mansions in gated communities, restaurants, office buildings, manufacturing facilities, scientific/ industrial, Bio Labs, Genetic Labs, medical/dental centers, hospitality, warehousing, and any general business. Our water filtration systems transform municipal water and private well water into high-quality filtered water through our extensive line-up of KINETICO water treatment and filtration products.
Basic Role and Responsibilities:
- Close sales opportunities – leads
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers in addition to our corporate brochures
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients and other business relationships
- Taking initiative on incoming leads
- Up to 100% commission-based pay
- Achieve monthly performance quotas
- Generate your own appointments by daily prospecting
- Face-to-face cold calling
- Networking with architects, builders, and engineers
- Business luncheons at professional offices to educate
- Social media networking/appointment setting
- Prospecting phone calls
- A consistent follow-up strategy with unsold sales leads
- Engage in relationship-building opportunities at sales and networking groups
- Attend networking events and trade shows to prospect through creative outlets
Desired Candidate Qualities:
- Being highly organized is a must
- Ability to read customers
- Persistent in keeping notes in software systems
- Ambitious, driven, and energetic!
- Persuasive communication skills and ability to deliver clear messages
- Adaptable in a wide variety of settings
