When we moved into our new house it had a water softener from another company. I called them for almost 6 months before I got a return call. Then they said it would be another 2 months before someone could come out to service it. I found out... about Bridger Water Works from a family member. I called the number, someone actually answered the phone, and they were at my house within 3 days. The owner said that although he could test my water to see what the actual numbers were on contaminants, he felt it would be a conflict of interest since he sells the equipment. He said he recommends having the state testing lab in Helena test our water since they don’t have skin the game and are state certified…I really liked that! We went ahead and had it tested…amazingly there was virtually no arsenic in the samples. The other company had told the previous owners there were significant levels of arsenic in the well and had installed a chlorine tank to the well…that wasn’t needed. We mostly had problems with iron, calcium and a strong sulphur smell. We had Bridger install the equipment they recommended…this was about 3 years ago…waters still fine! On a side note; they use Kinetico equipment which is made in America and this is a huge plus in my world! We just had them install a high capacity RO system for our drinking water and it’s incredible! We never run out of water now…we were daily with our last RO from the other company. Our experience is, they answer the phone, show up when they say they will, are very knowledgeable, the service guys are great, and once you have their equipment, your water troubles are over!read more

Austin came to our home and explained the system and brought information with him that showed us the system. He tested the water and showed us the hardness. We were impressed by Kinetico product. We have had other softener systems that don’t work as... well. The install date was quick and Mike did a great job putting it in and hauling off the old one that had quit working for only a few years. Over the last twenty years I have owned three homes and have had three Kinetico water systems. That should say it all. Why change if all my needs have been met. The new owners of Bridger Water Works have a more hands on approach with personal... service. If I have questions or need salt or RO filters I get a call back the same day and a tech scheduled within the week. I receive a text notification before the tech arrives with a photo attached so I know who is arriving. As a retired Contractor I recommend this company and product without reservation.read more

To be a sales representative at our dealerships, you will be subject to a pre-employment background check and drug screening upon offer of employment and at least 3 years water treatment sales experience is a must.

You will work with Bridger Water Works, an exclusive independent Kinetico water systems dealer, a true leader in Water Softening and Water Purification/Filtration systems. Thus, you will be selling the best drinking water, water treatment, and purification systems in the industry, behind a name known worldwide, KINETICO. We want the best and we pay accordingly. Potential income could be $150k or more and the opportunity to grow with our company’s growth and expansion.

In this role, you will represent Bridger Water Works, a certified, independent, Authorized KINETICO Dealer to professionally sell and promote Kinetico and other water treatment products in a residential and commercial capacity. You will be working with customers to find the best water treatment solutions and services that will provide the quality of water that all our clients expect and deserve in their homes and/or business.

Basic Role and Responsibilities:

Close sales opportunities – leads
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers in addition to our corporate brochures
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to build rapport with clients and other business relationships
